From the minute I walked into the store I was treated special.  The Sales Consultant, Steven, greeted me and when I told him what I was looking for, he knew exactly what I needed (better than I did).  His knowledge of the various washers and dryers and which would fit my needs and space was wonderful.  He was low key, just gave me the facts.  He explained the warranty program as well and answered all my questions efficiently and respectfully.  The purchase procedure was timely and the delivery was equally timely. Delivery was on time, they called me the day before to tell me it would be delivered the next day and I can call in the morning to get the time frame.  They also called me within a half hour of delivery as I requested.  They were very careful with removal and then there was an issue that had to be dealt with and Bill Smith Corporate took care of it in a timely fashion and with utmost professionalism. Finally, and as fast as was possible, given the issues, my washer and dryer were installed, and it was not easy, since it is in a laundry closet.  They did not leave until it was right and double checked.  Thank you so much for all of your care and customer service above and beyond.
