Chili's Grill & Bar at 9980 University Plaza Drive, Fort Myers, Florida.

So my roommate and I ordered from the 2 for 20 menu, and we order it online. Now, I have worked in the food industry both fine dining and fast food. The food we had from the carry out was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! The food wasn't even hot or even warm when we picked up our food, what was worse was that we still had to wait for it when we got there! The only thing that I can say was warm from our order was the mac and cheese. The burghers, fries, everything was tasted as if it was already sitting out for 30 minutes, there was even congealed fat sitting in the corner of my roommates burger container!!! This makes me never want to order out from chili's again. That or this particular location needs some serious work, it was such a WAIST of MONEY!!!!

I'm not one to complain about much of anything but this was probably the worst dining experience my wife and I have had. We have dined at this location a few times in the past and had an ok time, but we will not be returning in the future. We ordered drinks, while we were looking at the menu and then ordered dinner and an appetizer (nachos) at the same time. We waited quite awhile for our food to come out (about 1 ½ margaritas later). We considered just paying for our drinks and bailing to the Tijuana Flats across the street (which we should have done) Our dinner came out before our appetizer and my dinner was served cold. The waiter apologized and said the manager would take care of it. The manager came by and apologized for the nachos coming out late and said he would comp it. He was dressed in a Colombian fishing shirt and I would not have picked him out of the nearly empty restaurant as the manager. My wife told him my food was cold. He said he would take care of it. The manager came out shortly after with a new plate which was much better, but I was already pretty full from picking off of my wife's plate and the nachos. Our waiter pretty much avoided us like the plague after dinner was delivered. We ordered dessert to go off of the tablet menu and it came out about the time we were ready to leave. We went to pay and someone else's order was on our tablet. We flagged down our waiter and let him know. He swapped our tablet with the guy eating behind us and left. The tablet we received was still wrong and our bill still included the nachos that the manager said he would comp. I believe the price of the food on the tablet was more than what we owed but we payed it and left due to being so frustrated. Also the receipt printer on the tablet was broken so we never got a receipt… When our waiter dropped off our desert he apologized for everything being a disaster. Don’t think I have ever had that happen before.
