My son had an appointment at 4:40pm and they did not call his name until 6:15pm. If they are running that far behind then someone should of called each person and let them know. We would not of been rushing to get out of work to be there in time. They either need to make the appointments longer or hire a few more seasonal photographers. Keep in mind that we drove 1 hour each way to do retakes because the first set was terrible. If I am going to buy pictures I want them done correctly and to look good. I am very disappointed with the service that we received.
